Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 9.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae (see IGS Report #6260).

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 5 microseconds was detected
for PRN23 at approximately 06:30 on day 251.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock the entire GPS week 1026.
WARNING: Data from JAB1, MAC1 excluded day 248.
WARNING: Data from MAC1 excluded day 249.
WARNING: Data from PRN29, BILL excluded day 250.
WARNING: Data from PRN29, BILL, MAC1 excluded day 251.
WARNING: Data from BILL, CASA, HARV, MAC1, SEY1, SIO3 excluded day 252.
WARNING: Data from PRN15, CASA, MAC1, PIMO, SIO3 excluded day 253.
WARNING: Data from CASA, HFLK, JAB1, MAC1, SIO3 excluded day 254.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
