PRODUCTS UPDATE
---------------
This week, we begin reporting clock estimates of all GPS satellites and ground
receivers participating in our orbit solution process (satellite clocks are
reported at a rate of 30 seconds, ground stations are at 5 minutes). The
files, one for each solution day, will be made available on a weekly basis
along with the other IGS products; please see the products listing in the
header above. The file records are arranged according to the extended RINEX
format documented at http://maia.usno.navy.mil/gpst/clock-format . We'd
like to express our appreciation to Rob Liu of Raytheon for developing the
software to produce these new clock files from our existing products.

GENERAL
-------
A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 13 microseconds was detected
for PRN23 at approximately 17:10 on day 137.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from CHUR, GOLD, HERS, LHAS, TROM, URUM excluded day 136.
WARNING: Data from LHAS, URUM, WTZT excluded day 137.
WARNING: Data from LHAS, NYAL, PIN1, TORP, TROM, URUM excluded day 138.
WARNING: Data from CAS1, DHLG, LHAS, PIN1, TORP, URUM excluded day 139.
WARNING: Data from DHLG, LHAS, TORP excluded day 140.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, DHLG, LHAS excluded day 141.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, LHAS excluded day 142.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
