Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 16.0 cm

Per IGSMail numbers 2071 and 2075, we continue to exclude data data from
the following sites:

AREQ ASC1 BARB BOGT BRAZ COCO CRO1 DGAR FORT GALA GUAM IISC
KOKB KOUR KWJ1 MALI MKEA MOIN NOUM NTUS RIOP SEY1 THTI

Data from PRN31 and PRN29 were mismodeled on days 064 and 065 respectively,
and have been removed from the corresponding day's analysis accordingly.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 059-062.
WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 999.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, CRO1, LPGS excluded day 059.
WARNING: Data from COCO, CRO1, LPGS excluded day 060.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HOLB, LPGS, MKEA, QUIN excluded day 061.
WARNING: Data from ALBH, COCO, LPGS, NYAL excluded day 062.
WARNING: Data from ALBH, COCO, LPGS, QUIN excluded day 063.
