Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm
Beginning this week, all of our clock solutions (satellites and ground
stations) are synchronized with GPS time. This is accomplished by using
the JPL Rapid solution (which uses broadcast clocks to align itself with
GPS time) to initialize the clock offset and drift of our chosen reference
station at an epoch of 00:00 UT each day.
Per IGSMail numbers 2071 and 2075, we continue to exclude data data from
the following sites:
AREQ ASC1 BARB BOGT BRAZ COCO CRO1 DGAR FORT GALA GUAM IISC
KOKB KOUR KWJ1 MALI MKEA MOIN NOUM NTUS RIOP SEY1 THTI
Data from PRN30 were mismodeled on day 053 and have been excluded from
this day's analysis accordingly.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 052, 053, 057, and 058.
WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 997.
WARNING: Data from COCO, KELY, LPGS excluded day 052.
WARNING: Data from PRN30, COCO, KELY, LPGS, QUIN, excluded day 053.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, KELY, LPGS, MADR, QUIN excluded day 054.
WARNING: Data from COCO, GOL2, KELY, KSTU, LPGS, NYAL, REYK excluded day 055.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, KSTU, LPGS excluded day 056.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, KSTU, LPGS excluded day 057.
WARNING: Data from COCO, CRO1, KELY, LPGS excluded day 058.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
