Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 13.0 cm

According to the file nanu1999.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN06 was
unusable on day 047. Data from this satellite did not meet our initial
orbit convergence criteria on this day and were excluded accordingly. This
satellite was mismodeled on the following day (048) as well, and its data
have been excluded from that analysis also.

According to the same file, PRN26 was unusable on day 050. Data from this
satellite did not meet our initial orbit convergence criteria on this or
the following day and have been excluded from both days' analyses accordingly.

Additionally, per IGSMail numbers 2071 and 2075, our analyses this week
exclude data from the following sites:

AREQ ASC1 BARB BOGT BRAZ COCO CRO1 DGAR FORT GALA GUAM IISC
KOKB KOUR KWJ1 MALI MKEA MOIN NOUM NTUS RIOP SEY1 THTI

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: USUD (not USNO) used as reference clock day 046.
WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 997.
