Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 9.0 cm

Data from PRN29 and PRN16 were mismodeled days 165 and 168 respectively, and
have been excluded from the analyses of the corresponding days.

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 32 microseconds was detected
for PRN13 at approximately 18:50 on day 170.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from PRN18, ANKR, FORT, PRDS, TORP, VENE excluded day 164.
WARNING: Data from PRN18, PRN29, AMC2, COCO, FORT, KELY, PRDS, RIOG, SIO3, TORP, VENE excluded day 165.
WARNING: Data from ANKR, FORT, KELY, PRDS, RIOG, SIO3, TORP excluded day 166.
WARNING: Data from KELY, RIOG, SIO3, TORP excluded day 167.
WARNING: Data from PRN16, SIO3, SNI1, WUHN excluded day 168.
WARNING: Data from SNI1 excluded day 169.
WARNING: Data from BILL, MATE excluded day 170.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
