Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae, namely: BAKO BZRG GOPE HOFN INEG JOZE MATH MDVO PENC WTZT.

According to the file nanu1999.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN13 was
unusable days 188 through 193. Data from this satellite were either missing
or unmodeled on all days this week except day 194, hence there are no
repeatabilities for it in the table below.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: GOL2 (not USNO) used as reference clock day 198.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 excluded days 192, 193, and 195-198.
WARNING: Data from KOKB, URUM excluded day 192.
WARNING: Data from COCO, GODE, URUM excluded day 193.
WARNING: Data from COCO, MALI, URUM excluded day 194.
WARNING: Data from SFER excluded day 196.
WARNING: Data from IISC excluded day 197.
WARNING: Data from BRUS, COCO excluded day 198.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
