Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm

Beginning this week, we have elected to exclude data from IGS stations that
do not employ Dorne-Margolin style antennae, namely: BAKO BZRG GOPE HOFN INEG
JOZE MATH MDVO PENC WTZT. Concurrently this week, the receiver and antenna
names in our SINEX files are consistent with those used in the files described
in IGS Mail Message 2281.

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 49 microseconds was detected
for PRN09 at approximately 08:15 on day 180.

Solutions from day 185 (July 4, week 1017 day 0) are not currently available.
As such, orbit repeatabilities for day 184 in the corresponding table below
are indicative of comparisons with the previous day (183) only.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock day 183.
WARNING: Data from BILL, COCO, TOUL excluded day 178.
WARNING: Data from PRN14, PRN15, BILL, COCO, NYAL, ZECK excluded day 179.
WARNING: Data from PRN15, COCO, KIT3, KOUR, ZECK excluded day 180.
WARNING: Data from KIT3, ZECK excluded day 181.
WARNING: Data from PRN09, BRUS, COCO, SFER excluded day 182.
WARNING: Data from BRUS excluded day 183.
WARNING: Data from BRUS, COCO, KOUR excluded day 184.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)

defined in IGS Mail Message 37, for GPS week 1016:
