Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm

Beginning this week, we add four new candidate global stations. As with other
sites, these stations are given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and
clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                                       X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
AMC2 (Colorado Springs CO, USA) -1248596.1047 -4819428.2784 3976506.0739
BZRG (Bolzano, Italy) 4312657.7845 864634.5986 4603844.5506
TIXI (Tixi, Russian Federation) -1264873.0925 1569455.8387 6031003.5934
URUM (Urumgi, China) 190594.1177 4608583.4885 4391618.9990

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 637 microseconds was detected
for PRN22 at approximately 14:15 on day 012. A similar reset of about 752
microseconds was detected for PRN26 at approximately 01:25 on the same day.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from PRN14, PRN18 excluded on day 010.
WARNING: Data from PRN14 excluded on day 011.
WARNING: Data from PRN18, PRN19 excluded on day 013.
WARNING: Data from COCO, FORT, NICO excluded day 010.
WARNING: Data from COCO, FORT, KSTU excluded day 011.
WARNING: Data from FORT, NYAL excluded day 012.
WARNING: Data from KERG, NICO, NYAL, PETP excluded day 013.
WARNING: Data from NICO excluded day 014.
WARNING: Data from COCO, LAMA excluded day 016.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
