PRODUCTS UPDATE
---------------
Beginning this week, GPS satellite clock solutions in our sp3 files reflect
the use of the antenna phase center offset points agreed upon by the IGS.
These are designated as follows:

   Block II/IIA: 0.279 0.000 1.023 X, Y, Z in meters
   Block IIR : 0.000 0.000 0.000 X, Y, Z in meters

Please note that only the Z (radial) component correction has been applied;
this is reflected via the appropriate comment on line 22 of each sp3 file.

GENERAL
-------
Data from PRN07 were mismodeled days 354 through 359 and have been excluded
accordingly.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 354 and 355.
WARNING: ALGO (not USNO) used as reference clock day 356.
WARNING: Data from PRN37 excluded days 354-359.
WARNING: Data from COCO, EPRT, HARK, HOLB, NICO excluded day 354.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HARK, NICO excluded day 355.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HARK, KSTU, MADR, NICO excluded day 356.
WARNING: Data from COCO, FLIN, HARK, HNPT, KSTU, NICO, NYAL excluded day 357.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, FLIN, HARK, NICO excluded day 358.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, FLIN, HARK, NICO excluded day 359.
WARNING: Data from HARK, NYAL excluded day 360.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
