According to the file nanu1999.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN13 is
indefinitely unusable beginning day 042. Data from this satellite have
been excluded from our analyses days 042 through 044. Additionally,
data from PRN31 were mismodeled on day 043 and have been excluded accordingly.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 038, 039, 043, and 044.
WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 996.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, EBRE, EPRT, GENO, HARK, KELY, MDVO, OBER, POL2, POTS, ROCK, SUTH, VENE, WTZR excluded day 038.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, EBRE, GENO, HARK, KSTU, LAMA, MATH, MDVO, NYAL, OBER, POL2, POTS, SUTH, TROM, VENE, WTZR excluded day 039.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, EBRE, HARK, MDVO, OBER, POL2, POTS, ROCK, SUTH, THU1, VENE, WTZR excluded day 040.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, EBRE, GOUG, KSTU, LAMA, NYAL, ROCK, THU1, TROM excluded day 041.
WARNING: Data from PRN13, EBRE, ROCK, THU1 excluded day 042.
WARNING: Data from PRN13, PRN31, BAHR, COCO, DAV1, DGAR, EBRE, GRAZ, HARK, HRAO, MALI, NYA1, NYAL, POL2, RAMO, SELE, SUTH, TIXI, TROM, URUM, VESL excluded day 043.
