Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 9.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae (see IGS Report #6260).

According to data obtained from ftp://tycho.usno.navy.mil/pub/gps/gpsb2.txt,
a new Block II-R satellite, SVN46, was launched on 99oct07. No data from
this satellite were included in this week's analyses.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: ALGO (not USNO) used as reference clock the entire GPS week 1041.
WARNING: Data from PRN15 and SVN46 excluded the entire GPS week 1041.
WARNING: Data from TID2 excluded day 353.
WARNING: Data from DAEJ, FAIR, GRAZ, HARV, MAC1, MATE, THU1, TID2, USNO, PRN24 excluded day 354.
WARNING: Data from QUIN, TID2 excluded day 355.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, GODE, LEEP, MATE, TID2, WTZR, PRN18 excluded day 356.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, MAC1, TID2 excluded day 357.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, KOUR, PERT, QUIN, TID2, TORP, WTZR excluded day 358.
WARNING: Data from AZU1, FAIR, TID2 excluded day 359.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
