Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae, namely: BAKO BZRG GOPE HOFN INEG JOZE MATH MDVO PENC UZHL WTZT.

According to the file nanu1999.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN31 was
unusable day 222. Data from this satellite did not meet our initial orbit
convergence criteria on this day, and was mismodeled the following day (223) as
well. This satellite has been excluded from both days' analyses accordingly.

Data from PRN15 were mismodeled days 221 and 222 and have been excludeded
from these days' analyses accordingly.

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 425 microseconds was detected
for PRN22 at approximately 14:35 on day 221.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from CASA, HOB2, HOLC excluded day 220.
WARNING: Data from PRN15, CASA, FAIR, HOB2 excluded day 221.
WARNING: Data from PRN15, PRN31, CASA, HOB2, NYAL, TROM excluded day 222.
WARNING: Data from PRN31, CASA excluded day 223.
WARNING: Data from CASA excluded day 224.
WARNING: Data from CASA excluded day 225.
WARNING: Data from CASA, FORT, HARK excluded day 226.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
