JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 1020 (DAYS 206-212, DATES 1999 Jul 25 - Jul 31)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.
Files listed below are available in Unix compressed format and can be
retrieved using anonymous ftp to sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov (137.78.60.30),

______________________________________________________________________________
Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.0 cm
We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae, namely: BAKO BZRG GOPE HOFN INEG JOZE MATH MDVO PENC WTZT.
According to the file nanu1999.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN15 was
unusable day 210. Data from this satellite did not meet our initial orbit
convergence criteria on this nor the following day (211), and have been
excluded from both days analyses accordingly.
Data from PRN03 were mismodeled on day 209. Data from PRN18 were similarly
mismodeled days 206 through 208. Data from PRN13 were mismodeled the entire
week.
A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 612 microseconds was detected
for PRN08 at approximately 09:10 on day 211.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: Data from PRN13 excluded the entire GPS week 1020.
WARNING: Data from PRN18, COCO, KOKB, NRC1, NYAL excluded day 206.
WARNING: Data from PRN18, COCO, NRC1 excluded day 207.
WARNING: Data from PRN18, COCO, SCIP excluded day 208.
WARNING: Data from PRN03, COCO, SCIP, SFER excluded day 209.
WARNING: Data from PRN15, COCO, SCIP, SFER excluded day 210.
WARNING: Data from PRN15, COCO, POTS excluded day 211.
WARNING: Data from COCO excluded day 212.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
