Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm

According to the file nanu1999.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN19 was
unusable on day 099. Data from this satellite did not meet our initial
orbit convergence criteria on this day and were excluded accordingly.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from BRAZ, CRO1, NOUM excluded day 094.
WARNING: Data from CRO1, KELY, LPGS excluded day 095.
WARNING: Data from AREQ, BARB, CRO1, HRAO, IRKT, KSTU, LPGS, NOUM, NYA1, PETP, POL2, SELE, STJO, SUTH, TIXI, USUD, VESL, YAKZ excluded day 096.
WARNING: Data from AREQ, HRAO, IRKT, KSTU, LPGS, NOUM, PETP, POL2, SELE, SUTH, TIXI, USUD, VESL, YAKZ excluded day 097.
WARNING: Data from AREQ, HRAO, IRKT, LPGS, NOUM, PETP, POL2, SELE, SUTH, TIXI, URUM, USUD, YAKZ excluded day 098.
WARNING: Data from PRN19, DGAR, LPGS, URUM excluded day 099.
WARNING: Data from KELY, LPGS, TROM, URUM excluded day 100.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
