Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm
According to the file nanu1998.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN23 was
unusable on day 251. Data from this satellite were mismodeled on this and
the following day (252) as well. Also, PRN04 was mismodeled on day 253.
These satellites have been excluded from our processing on the appropriate
days.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: NRC1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 249 and 251-254.
WARNING: Data from COCO, DAV1, HOB2 excluded day 249.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, KSTU, NOUM excluded day 250.
WARNING: Data from PRN23, HOB2, QUIN excluded day 251.
WARNING: Data from PRN23, CMP9, HOB2 excluded day 252.
WARNING: Data from PRN04 FAIR, KELY excluded day 253.
WARNING: Data from COCO, PENC excluded day 254.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HOB2, NYAL excluded day 255.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
