Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm

According to the file nanu1998.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN14 was
unusable on days 265 and 266. Data from this satellite did not meet our
initial orbit convergence criteria on day 265, and were mismodeled on this
and the following day. These data have been excluded from the analyses of
these two days accordingly. Similarly mismodeled were PRN25 and PRN29 on
day 267 and PRN29 on day 268; these satellites have also been excluded on
the appropriate days.

Beginning this week, we add four new sites as candidate stations. As with
other sites, these stations are given the opportunity to participate in the
orbit and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The
following nominal coordinates were assumed:

                                         X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
GOUG (Gough Island, St. Helena) 4795578.6137 -835299.4938 -4107634.0915
IAVH (Rabat, Morocco) 5256828.2559 -633054.1493 3544324.5931
RAMO (Mitzpe Ramon, Israel) 4514722.0526 3133507.8096 3228024.6286
VESL (Vesleskarvet, Antarctica) 2009329.7441 -99741.4687 -6033158.5236

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from COCO, DAV1, HARK excluded day 263.
WARNING: Data from CASA, COCO, HARK, HOB2, IAVH excluded day 264.
WARNING: Data from PRN14, CASA, COCO, HARK, HOB2, IAVH excluded day 265.
WARNING: Data from PRN14, CASA, HOB2, IAVH, KSTU, NYAL excluded day 266.
WARNING: Data from PRN25, PRN29, COCO, HOB2, IAVH, TROM excluded day 267.
WARNING: Data from PRN29, COCO, FORT, HOB2, NOUM, NYAL, VNDP excluded day 268.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HARK, HNPT, NOUM excluded day 269.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
