Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm

According to the file nanu1998.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN05 was
unusable on days 306 and 307. Data from this satellite were have been
excluded from both days' analyses accordingly.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock day 305.
WARNING: Data from CASA, COCO, YAKZ excluded day 305.
WARNING: Data from PRN05, CASA, COCO, LPGS, NICO, NYA1, YAR1 excluded day 306.
WARNING: Data from PRN05, CASA, COCO, LPGS, MADR excluded day 307.
WARNING: Data from HARK, LPGS excluded day 308.
WARNING: Data from HARK, LPGS, NYA1 excluded day 309.
WARNING: Data from HARK, LPGS excluded day 310.
WARNING: Data from LPGS excluded day 311.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
