PRODUCTS GENERATED:
The following products are generated and uploaded into CDDIS @ NASA/GSFC
EMR09470-6.SP3 GPS ephem. files for days 0-6, week #0947 in sp3 format
   EMR09477.ERP pole x,y and DUT1 solutions for week #0947
EMR09477.SNX station and EOP weekly combined solution in SINEX format
EMR09477.SUM name of this text summary file

REMARKS on EMR products:

WARNING: ALGO clock was reset on March 02 00:00 UTC by about -10596 ns.

1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
   a satellite).

ALGO clock error & drift were about 10509 ns (50873), 96 ns (50875)
   & 81 ns/day w.r.t. GPS time.

2. Date | PRN | Action | Period | Reason

     +--------+-------+--------+----------------+---------------------------++

     (R) Satellite was removed from EMR SP3 file.
     (E) Satellite was excluded prior to processing data.
     (M) Satellite in maneuver.

3.As of March 01, 1998 the NRCan solutions submitted to IGS are performed
using ITRF96 coordinates and velocities for the 47 IGS selected stations.
A subset of the 47 stations is constrained to ITRF sigmas.

The resulting discontinuities in NRCan products have been estimated
by processing Wk 947 both with ITRF94 coordinates and velocities for
the 13 fiducial stations as well as with ITRF96 coordinates and
velocities for the 47 selected stations. The discontinuities are
  listed in Table 1.
