Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 8.0 cm

We found data from PRN23 to be mismodeled on day 197, and data from PRN17
to be mismodeled on days 197 and 198. These satellites have been removed
from the analyses of the corresponding days accordingly.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: FORT (not USNO) used as reference clock day 193.
WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 194 and 195.
WARNING: NRC1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 196-199.
WARNING: Data from HARK, LAMA excluded day 193.
WARNING: Data from HARK, NOUM excluded day 194.
WARNING: Data from AUCK, HARK, NOUM, TROM, USNO excluded day 195.
WARNING: Data from CICE, NOUM, TROM excluded day 196.
WARNING: Data from PRN17, PRN23, PIN2, TROM excluded day 197.
WARNING: Data from PRN17 excluded day 198.
WARNING: Data from TROM excluded day 199.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
