Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 9.0 cm
Data from PRN14 were mismodeled on days 187 and 188, and we have chosen to
exclude data from this satellite on these two days accordingly.
According to the file nanu1998.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN08 was
unusable on days 189-191. A shift from about -50 ps/s to +34 ps/s was
detected in the drift of the clock for this satellite at approximately
21:00 on day 191.
Beginning this week, we use Version 2 of the ERP format proposed in IGS Mail
Message No. 1943 for our Earth orientation table below.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: FAIR (not USNO) used as reference clock days 186 and 187.
WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock day 188.
WARNING: NRC1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 191 and 192.
WARNING: Data from HARK, KSTU excluded day 186.
WARNING: Data from PRN14, KSTU excluded day 187.
WARNING: Data from PRN14, KSTU, NYAL excluded day 188.
WARNING: Data from AUCK, KSTU excluded day 189.
WARNING: Data from KSTU excluded day 190.
WARNING: Data from HOLC, NOTO excluded day 191.
WARNING: Data from GALA excluded day 192.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
