Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 9.0 cm

We continue to deweight data from PRN08. Also, we continue to exclude all
data from PRN13 this week.

The solution for day 018 (week 941, day 0), is not currently available. As
such, the values for day 017 in our orbit repeatability table below reflect
comparisons with the previous day (016) only. Also, due to impaired network
connectivity, GPS ephemeris files are currently inaccessible, and we are
unable to provide our usual JPL-BROADCAST NAVIGATION comparison table this
week.

Beginning this week we add four new candidate stations. As with other
sites, these stations are given the opportunity to participate in the orbit
and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed:
                                         X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
MAG0 (Magadan, Russian Fed.) -2825810.2237 1581232.9656 5477005.6485
PETR (Petropavlovsk, Russian Fed.) -3576236.0358 1401010.6514 5075179.0405
YAKA (Yakutsk, Russian Fed.) -1915023.3031 2308213.2786 5610225.1335
YAKZ (Yakutsk, Russian Fed.) -1915023.2516 2308213.3141 5610225.0843

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: TID2 (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 011 and 015.
WARNING: USNO (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 012, 014, 016 and 017.
WARNING: MKEA (not NRC1) used as reference clock day 013.
WARNING: Data from PRN08 deweighted the entire GPS week 940.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 excluded the entire GPS week 940.
WARNING: Data from MALI, WES2 excluded day 011.
WARNING: Data from CICE, GUAM, WUHN excluded day 012.
WARNING: Data from QUIN excluded day 013.
WARNING: Data from GUAM, SPK1 excluded day 014.
WARNING: Data from SPK1 excluded day 015.
WARNING: Data from CSN1, QUIN excluded day 016.
WARNING: Data from CASA, PETR excluded day 017.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
