Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.0 cm

We continue to deweight data from PRN08. Data from this satellite exceeded
our intial orbit convergence criteria on days 009 and 010, and have been
excluded accordingly. Also, we continue to exclude all data from PRN13
this week.

Data from PRN16 and PRN18 were mismodeled on days 006-007 and 005-006
respectively. We have excluded data from these satellites on the
appropriate days accordingly.

Beginning this week we add a new candidate station. As with other sites,
this station is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and clock
solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                               X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
SUWN (Suwon-shi, Korea) -3062023.4734 4055449.1335 3841819.3277

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: TID2 (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 004-008.
WARNING: MKEA (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 009 and 010.
WARNING: Data from PRN16 excluded days 006 and 007.
WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded days 005 and 006.
WARNING: Data from KOUR, SANT, SNI1 excluded day 004.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, IISC, JPLM, MALI, MEDI, USNA excluded day 005.
WARNING: Data from RCM6 excluded day 006.
WARNING: Data from MOIN, SNI1 excluded day 007.
WARNING: Data from SNI1 excluded day 009.
WARNING: Data from POL2 excluded day 010.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
