Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 13.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from PRN13 and deweight all data from PRN08
this week.  Also, data from PRN29 were mismodeled on day 059, and have
been excluded on this day only.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated.  (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: MKEA (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 049 and 051.
WARNING: TID2 (not NRC1) used as reference clock day 050.
WARNING: Data from PRN29 excluded day 050.
WARNING: Data from KELY excluded day 047.
WARNING: Data from KELY excluded day 048.
WARNING: Data from KELY excluded day 049.
WARNING: Data from CRO1 excluded day 052.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column.  See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
for details:
