Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from PRN13 and deweight all data from PRN08 this
week. Also, data from PRN29 were mismodeled on day 039, and we have elected
to deweight these data on this day only.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: USNO (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 040-042.
WARNING: Data from PRN08 deweighted the entire GPS week 944.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 excluded the entire GPS week 944.
WARNING: Data from PRN29 deweighted day 039.
WARNING: Data from KELY, KOKB excluded day 039.
WARNING: Data from CRO1, SANT excluded day 040.
WARNING: Data from CRO1 excluded day 041.
WARNING: Data from CRO1 excluded day 042.
WARNING: Data from TAHI excluded day 043.
WARNING: Data from KELY excluded day 045.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
