Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm

We continue to exclude all data from PRN13, and deweight all data from PRN08
this week. Also, data from PRN16 did not meet our initial orbit convergence
criteria on day 025, and have been excluded accordingly.

Data from PRN10 and PRN18 were mismodeled on days 031 and 030 respectively.
We have excluded these satellites from our processing on the corresponding
days.

Beginning this week we add three new candidate stations. As with other
sites, these stations are given the opportunity to participate in the orbit
and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed:
                                         X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
AOML (Miami FL, USA) 982296.8232 -5664607.2986 2752614.5003
HOLB (Holberg B.C., Canada) -2503040.4762 -3188233.4245 4908701.6835
WILL (Williams Lake B.C., Canada) -2084258.0661 -3313873.0862 5019853.2306

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: USNO (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 030 and 031.
WARNING: Data from PRN16 excluded day 025.
WARNING: Data from PRN10 excluded day 031.
WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded day 030.
WARNING: Data from RCM6 excluded day 028.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
