Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm

We continue to exclude all data from PRN13 and deweight data from PRN08 this
week. Data from the latter satellite were mismodeled on days 022 and 023, and
have been excluded accordingly. Data from PRN16 were similarly mismodeled on
day 024, and have been excluded on this day only.

Beginning this week we add a new candidate station. As with other sites,
this station is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and clock
solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                                     X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
  BARB (Bridgetown, Barbados) 3143384.5588 -5359714.6846 1434871.5170

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from PRN13 excluded the entire GPS week 941.
WARNING: Data from PRN08 deweighted days 018-021 and 024; excluded days 022 and 023.
WARNING: Data from PRN16 excluded day 024.
WARNING: Data from KELY excluded day 019.
WARNING: Data from TAHI excluded day 020.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, PETR excluded day 021.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, PETR excluded day 022.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, PETR excluded day 023.
WARNING: Data from PETR excluded day 024.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
