JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0988 (DAYS 347-353, DATES 1998 Dec 13 - Dec 19)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.
Files listed below are available in Unix compressed format and can be
retrieved using anonymous ftp to sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov (137.78.60.30),

been sent to the CDDIS.

Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.0 cm
According to the file nanu1998.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN07 was
unusable on days 348 and 349. Data from this satellite were mismodeled on
these and days 350 through 353 as well, and have been excluded from all of
these days' analyses accordingly.
A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 71 microseconds was detected
for PRN21 at approximately 06:15 on day 349. A similar reset of about 119
microseconds was detected for PRN29 at approximately 06:15 on day 352. It
appears that the drift of this satellite's clock simultaneously experienced
a shift from about -49 ps/s to about +53 ps/s.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 347 and 349.
WARNING: Data from COCO, CRO1, FORT, HARK, HOLB, KSTU, MKEA, NICO excluded day 347.
WARNING: Data from PRN07, COCO, CRO1, HARK, HOLB, MKEA, NICO excluded day 348.
WARNING: Data from PRN07, CASA, HARK, HOLB, HOLC, MKEA excluded day 349.
WARNING: Data from PRN07, CASA, HARK, HOLB, NYAL excluded day 350.
WARNING: Data from PRN07, CASA, HARK, HOLB excluded day 351.
WARNING: Data from PRN07, HARK excluded day 352.
WARNING: Data from PRN07, BOR1, COCO, HARK, HOLB, KOUR, VILL excluded day 353.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
