Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 8.0 cm

Data from PRN02 were mismodeled on day 335 and have been excluded accordingly.

Beginning on day 335 and continuing indefinitely, the behavior of PRN02 during
eclipsing periods is no longer controlled, and therefore unmodelable. As such,
we have chosen to routinely exclude all data from this satellite occuring
during shadow events from our processing. For all other satellites, we
continue to exclude only data from the 30 minutes following the end of an
eclipse period. We have chosen to exclude all data from PRN02 on day 335.

Also, a large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 6 microseconds was detected
for PRN25 at approximately 07:15 on day 339.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 333-335 and 337.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HARK, HOLB, HOLC, LPGS excluded day 333.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HARK, HOLB, LPGS, MKEA, SANT excluded day 334.
WARNING: Data from PRN02, ASC1, CHUR, COCO, HARK, HOLB, MADR, MKEA, NYA1 excluded day 335.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, HARK, HOLB, MKEA excluded day 336.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, HARK, HOLB excluded day 337.
WARNING: Data from BAHR, COCO, HARK, HOLB, HOLC, NYA1, NYAL excluded day 338.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, FORT, HARK, HOLB, MKEA excluded day 339.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
