SOLUTION CHARACTERISTICS

     These  coordinates are then fixed in the determination of ERPs and ORBITS

   - coordinate corrections 
   - daily ERPs
   - tropospheric zenith path delay (4 h)
   - y-bias, solar radiation scaling factor
