Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.5 cm

We continue to deweight all data from PRN08 and PRN13. Data from PRN08 were
found to be extremely mismodeled on day 086, and we have chosen to exclude
them completely from this day's analysis.

According to the file nanu1998.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN06 was
unusable on day 082, and we have excluded its data on this day accordingly.
Data from this satellite were also mismodeled on the previous day (081), and
we have chosen to deweight these data for this day's analysis. Lastly, data
from PRN26 were mismodeled on day 086 and have been excluded accordingly.

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 53 microseconds was detected for
PRN22 at approximately 15:40 on day 083.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: TID2 (not NRC1) used as reference clock day 084.
WARNING: MKEA (not NRC1) used as reference clock day 085.
WARNING: USNO (not NRC1) used as reference clock day 086.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 deweighted the entire GPS week 950.
WARNING: Data from PRN06 deweighted day 081, excluded day 082.
WARNING: Data from PRN08 deweighted days 081-085 and 087; excluded day 086.
WARNING: Data from PRN26 excluded day 086.
WARNING: Data from HARK, HRAO, KERG excluded day 081.
WARNING: Data from MADR, SIO3 excluded day 083.
WARNING: Data from KSTU, SIO3 excluded day 084.
WARNING: Data from KSTU, SIO3 excluded day 085.
WARNING: Data from IRKT, KSTU, LPGS excluded day 086.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
