JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0919 (DAYS 229-235, DATES 1997 Aug 17 - Aug 23)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.
Files listed below are available in Unix compressed format and can be
retrieved using anonymous ftp to sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov (128.149.70.41),
directory pub/jpligsac/0919. These files (except for *.tro) have also
been sent to the CDDIS.

Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 15.0 cm
According to reference files obtained from USNO, PRN13/GPS43 was launched on
day 204. Beginning this week, we include data from this satellite, heavily
deweighted. Data from this satellite were mismodeled on days 232-235, and
have been excluded accordingly.
As observed in the orbit repeatability table below, PRN23 exhibits atypically
high overlaps on day 232. Although used in the analysis of this day, we have
elected to remove its solution from the corresponding orbit product, namely
jpl09193.sp3.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: FAIR (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 229, 231-234.
WARNING: NLIB (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 230.
WARNING: USUD (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 235.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 deweighted days 229-231, excluded days 232-235.
WARNING: Data from MONP, OBER, QUIN excluded day 229.
WARNING: Data from CHIL excluded day 230.
WARNING: Data from CAGL, CHIL, KWJ1 excluded day 231.
WARNING: Data from CRO1 excluded day 232.
WARNING: Data from CRO1, HKLO, KELY excluded day 233.
WARNING: Data from MKEA excluded day 234.
WARNING: Data from KELY, MCM4, POL2 excluded day 235.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
