Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm

The antenna height for YAR1 has been updated per IGSMail 1689 and we reinstate
it as a fiducial station beginning day 272.

We continue to deweight data from PRN13, and we have excluded its solution
from all of the orbit products for this week. Additionally, PRN14 and PRN29
appear mismodeled on day 271. The former has been excluded from this day's
processing entirely, and the latter has been removed from the corresponding
orbit product (jpl09250.sp3) only.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 271.
WARNING: MKEA (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 272.
WARNING: NLIB (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 273 and 274.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 deweighted the entire GPS week 925.
WARNING: Data from PRN14 excluded day 271.
WARNING: Solution from PRN29 removed day 271.
WARNING: Data from BRMU, CSN1, FLIN excluded day 271.
WARNING: Data from CSN1, DGAR, HOLC, VCIO excluded day 272.
WARNING: Data from BRMU, CASA, CSN1, DAM2, HOLC, TAIW excluded day 273.
WARNING: Data from TAIW excluded day 274.
WARNING: Data from ONSA, SNI1, TAIW excluded day 275.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, ONSA, TIDB excluded day 276.
WARNING: Data from MEDI, ONSA, TAIW excluded day 277.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
