Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.0 cm

According to IGSMail Message No. 1709, the receiver and antenna at MALI
were changed on day 296. We have deliberately excluded data from this
site on this and the previous day (295).

Data from PRN13 exceeded our initial orbit convergence criteria on days
292-294. Additionally, data from this satellite were mismodeled on days
297 and 298. PRN13 was included only on days 295 and 296, and its data
were heavily deweighted on these days.

Similarly, data from PRN14 were mismodeled on days 297 and 298. We have
chosen to exclude this satellite on these days.

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 88 microseconds was detected for
PRN21 at approximately 13:20 on day 294.

Beginning this week we add a new candidate station. As with other sites,
this station is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and clock
solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                                      X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
ZECK (Zelenchukskaya, Russia) 3451174.9502 3060335.4004 4391955.6602

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 295-297.
WARNING: MKEA (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 298.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 deweighted days 295 and 296; excluded days 292-294, 297, and 298.
WARNING: Data from PRN14 excluded days 297 and 298.
WARNING: Data from SNI1 excluded day 292.
WARNING: Data from MATH excluded day 293.
WARNING: Data from BRMU, HOLP, SNI1 excluded day 294.
WARNING: Data from JOZE, MALI, WES2 excluded day 295.
WARNING: Data from HOLC, LAMA, MALI, POTM, SANT excluded day 296.
WARNING: Data from BRMU, CASA, HOLC excluded day 297.
WARNING: Data from CASA excluded day 298.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
