According to IGS Mail Message 1609, the antenna at HART has been repositioned.
HART has been excluded from our list of constrained sites beginning day 141
until further notice.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: HART not used as a fiducial beginning day 141; see IGS Mail 1609.
WARNING: Data from PRN29 unavailable beginning day 142.
WARNING: Data from OAT2, SANT excluded day 138.
WARNING: Data from METS, POTS, TMGO, TROM excluded day 139.
WARNING: Data from DAM1, FMC2, NYAL, POTS, SNI1, WTZR excluded day 140.
WARNING: Data from FMC2, PIN1, POTS excluded day 141.
WARNING: Data from TROM, ZWEN excluded day 142.
WARNING: Data from FMC2, MOIN excluded day 143.
WARNING: Data from BOGT, CAGL, NOTO, SNI1, TROM excluded day 144.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
