Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 13.0 cm

According to the file nanu1997.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN04 was
unusable on day 162 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this satellite
did not meet our initial convergence criteria on this nor the following day
(163), and have been excluded from the analyses of both days.

Beginning this week we add a new candidate station, TOUL. As with other
sites, this station is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit
and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed:

                              X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
TOUL (Toulouse, France) 4627848.6308 119629.4644 4373003.3012

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: FAIR (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 159, 160, and 162-165.
WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 161.
WARNING: Data from PRN04 excluded days 162 and 163 due to a maneuver.
WARNING: Data from GOPE, QUIN excluded day 161.
WARNING: Data from NYAL excluded day 163.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
