Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm

According to IGS Mail No. 1646, the receiver/antenna setup at YAR1 has been
modified. We have stopped using this station as a fiducial (constrained)
site as of day 195.

Data from PRN16 did not meet our initial convergence criteria on days 196
and 197. We have excluded this satellite from the analyses of these days.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from KELY, YAR1 excluded day 194.
WARNING: Data from IISC, KELY, SHK1, YAR1 excluded day 195.
WARNING: Data from PRN16, CLAR, COCO, DAM2, KELY excluded day 196.
WARNING: Data from PRN16, IISC, SANT excluded day 197.
WARNING: Data from CSN1, KELY, YAR1 excluded day 198.
WARNING: Data from ZWEN excluded day 199.
WARNING: Data from TAEJ, WSMN, ZWEN excluded day 200.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
