Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 13.0 cm

We continue to deweight data from PRN10 this week. Also, according to the
file nanu1997.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN16 was unusable on days 002
and 003 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this satellite did not meet
our convergence criteria on day 003, but have been excluded from the analyses
of both days.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from PRN10 deweighted for the entire GPS week 886.
WARNING: Data from PRN16 excluded days 002 and 003 due to a maneuver.
WARNING: Data from HKLO, LPGS excluded day 365.
WARNING: Data from MDO1 excluded day 366.
WARNING: Data from BRAN, LEEP, LONG, PVEP, ROCK, TABL excluded day 001.
WARNING: Data from BRAN, CMP9, LHAS, LPGS, WETT excluded day 002.
WARNING: Data from CHAB, CMP9, WETT, WINT excluded day 003.
WARNING: Data from CMP9 excluded day 004.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
