Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm
REPORT UPDATE
-------------
Beginning this week, both of our orbit comparison tables use centimeters
(instead of meters) in reporting overlap statistics.
GENERAL
-------
According to the file nanu1997.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN27 was
unusable on day 045 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this satellite
did not meet our initial convergence criteria on this nor the following day
(046) and have been excluded from these days' analyses.
A clock reset of about 43 microseconds was detected for PRN16 at approximately
11:40 UT on day 041.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 045 and 046.
WARNING: Data from PRN23 excluded days 045 and 046 due to a manuever.
WARNING: Data from QUIN, ROCK excluded day 040.
WARNING: Data from COSO, XIAN excluded day 041.
WARNING: Data from LPGS excluded day 042.
WARNING: Data from KELY excluded day 044.
WARNING: Data from DAM1 excluded day 045.
WARNING: Data from KELY, LHAS, LPGS, SANT excluded day 046.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
