STRATEGY UPDATE
---------------
Until now, we have typically used the receiver at ALGO (Algonquin Park,
Ontario, Canada) as our reference clock station. Beginning this week, we
use NRC1 (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) as the primary reference clock receiver,
as this station more accurately reflects actual GPS time. As in our previous
IGS summary reports, we will continue to note days on which NRC1 was not
used as the reference clock for a given analysis.
GENERAL
-------
We continue to deweight data from PRN13 this week. Also, data from the
newly-launched PRN08 were mismodeled all days this week, and consequently
have been excluded from all analyses.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: NRC1 (not ALGO) is primary reference clock as of day 348.
WARNING: USNO (not NRC1) used as reference clock day 351.
WARNING: TID2 (not NRC1) used as reference clock days 352 and 353.
WARNING: Data from PRN08 excluded the entire GPS week 936.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 deweighted the entire GPS week 936.
WARNING: Data from CASA, KOUR, TAEJ excluded day 348.
WARNING: Data from CASA excluded day 349.
WARNING: Data from CRO1, KOKB excluded day 351.
WARNING: Data from KOUR, RCM6 excluded day 352.
WARNING: Data from BRAN, SANT, SELE excluded day 353.
WARNING: Data from KOUR, QUIN excluded day 354.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
