Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 9.0 cm

Data from the newly-launched PRN08 did not meet our initial orbit convergence
criteria on days 334 and 335, and have been excluded from these days' analyses
accordingly. Data from this satellite were used for the remaining days this
week (336-340); however, we continue to heavily deweight these data in our
processing. Data from PRN13 were similarly mismodeled on days 334-337, and
have been excluded from the the analyses of these days.

According to the file gpsn4.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN18
was scheduled unusable days 339-340 for repositioning. PRN26 was likewise
unusuable on day 337. Data from these satellites did not meet our intial
orbit convergence criteria on the corresponding days (day 336 for PRN26 as
well), and have been excluded from our analyses accordingly.

We have updated our Analysis Center profile. The new file may be obtained
from the IGSCB, at ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/center/analysis/jpl.acn.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: MKEA (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 334.
WARNING: NLIB (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 337 and 338.
WARNING: Data from PRN08 excluded days 334 and 335; deweighted days 336-340.
WARNING: Data from PRN13 excluded days 334-337.
WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded days 339 and 340 due to a manuever.
WARNING: Data from PRN26 excluded days 336 and 337 due to a manuever.
WARNING: Data from METS, SANT excluded day 334.
WARNING: Data from KOKB, NICO, RCM6 excluded day 335.
WARNING: Data from IISC excluded day 336.
WARNING: Data from IISC, KOKB excluded day 337.
WARNING: Data from GUAM, KELY, KOKB, SNI1 excluded day 338.
WARNING: Data from METS, SFER excluded day 339.
WARNING: Data from SPK1, TAHI excluded day 340.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
