 Processing Strategy:
 --------------------

 - The combined weekly EUREF solution (EUR) is created after removing the 
   Analysis Center specific constraints.
 - Covariance rescaling factors are derived from the sampling rate used by
   each center. In fact all solutions contribute to the combined solution 
   with the same weight.
   The rescaling factors of all centers are chosen such that they give
   the resulting EUREF solution realistic formal errors.
 - The ITRF93 coordinates (up to GPS week 0859) respectively
   the ITRF94 coordinates (since GPS week 0860) of the sites:
      BRUS, GRAZ, KOSG, MATE, METS, ONSA, WTZR, and ZIMM 
   are used to align the solutions with the terrestrial reference frame. 
 - The comparisons between each individual solution and the combined solution
   is done using a 7-parameter Helmert transformation. The Helmert parameters
   are determined using all sites of the individual solutions.
 - In the first Table unweighted rms values (for the coordinate components in 
   the local system North-East-Up), derived from the Helmert residuals, are 
   shown for each site.
 - In the second table an (unweighted) rms is computed for each Analysis Center.
   These values are derived from the Helmert residuals of all sites of a
   particular Analysis Center.

  REMARKS: - Norwegian stations STAV, OSLO, TRON, VARD not included in combined
             solution due to undocumented antenna height changes.

           - Site THU1 not included in combined solution (detected as outlier,
             station was tracking only for one day).
 
           - Site MADR not included in combined solution (jump in North and
             East component of about 30 mm each)

           - Site HERS will be excluded from combined solution until problems
             with degraded data quality are resolved.
