JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0916 (DAYS 208-214, DATES 1997 Jul 27 - Aug 02)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

jpl09167.sum This text file.
jpl09167.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 916.
jpl09167.snx Ground station coordinates for GPS week 916, SINEX format.

Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm
Data from PRN01 were mismodeled on day 211 and have been excluded from this
day's analysis. Also, data from PRN07 did not meet our initial convergence
criteria on days 211 and 212. We have excluded this satellite from the
analyses of both days.
A large clock discontinuity of about 0.21 ms was detected for PRN26 at
approximately 20:55 UT on day 212.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: FAIR (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 208-210, 212, and 213.
WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 211.
WARNING: Data from MAC1, METS, POL2, QUIN, SANT excluded day 208.
WARNING: Data from CSN1, QUIN, TAEJ excluded day 210.
WARNING: Data from PRN01, PRN07, QUIN, RCM6 excluded day 211.
WARNING: Data from PRN07, SANT excluded day 212.
WARNING: Data from CSN1, DAM2 excluded day 213.
WARNING: Data from CSN1, WLPS excluded day 214.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
