 Processing Strategy:
 --------------------

 - The combined weekly EUREF solution (EUR) is created after removing the 
   Analysis Center specific constraints.
 - Covariance rescaling factors are derived from the sampling rate used by
   each center. In fact all solutions contribute to the combined solution 
   with the same weight.
   For ASI we use a rescaling factor which is a compromise between the
   estimated formal rms of the vertical components and the horizontal
   components. In comparison to the other solutions we find larger horizontal
   formal rms values (no ambiguity resolution).
   Starting with week 0897 the rescaling of all centers is changed to give 
   the resulting EUREF solution a more realistic formal errors.
 - We use the ITRF93 coordinates (up to GPS week 0859) respectively
   the ITRF94 coordinates (since GPS week 0860) of the sites BRUS, KOSG, TROM,
   MATE, WTZR, GRAZ and ZIMM to align the solutions with the terrestrial 
   reference frame. Starting with week 0897 METS and VILL were added to 
   define the reference frame.
 - The comparisons between each individual solution and the combined solution
   is done using a 7-parameter Helmert transformation. The Helmert parameters
   are determined using all sites of the individual solutions.
 - In the first Table unweighted rms values (for the coordinate components in 
   the local system North-East-Up), derived from the Helmert residuals, are 
   shown for each site.
 - In the second table an (unweighted) rms is computed for each Analysis Center.
   These values are derived from the Helmert residuals of all sites of a
   particular Analysis Center.
