REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 3169 ns (50334) & 20 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. GPS18 (PRN18) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on September 11 due to
modelling problems.
3. GPS19 (PRN19) was removed from the EMR sp3 file before 8 hour UT on September 11
due to modelling problems.
4. GPS16 (PRN16) was removed from the EMR sp3 file after 16 hour UT on September 13
due to modelling problems.
