Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 16.0 cm

Data from PRN10 continues to appear mismodeled in our processing. Although
used in each day's analysis, we have chosen to excluded this satellite from
our sp3 orbit prodcucts for the entire week (jpl0868[0-6].sp3).

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock day 238.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, KELY, WINT excluded day 238.
WARNING: Data from AOA1, DGAR, ONSA excluded day 239.
WARNING: Data from AOA1, DGAR, RCM5, STJO, WHIT excluded day 240.
WARNING: Data from AOA1, CAGL, DGAR, NYAL, SNI1 excluded day 241.
WARNING: Data from CMBB, DGAR excluded day 242.
WARNING: Data from BOGT, CHIL, CMP9, DAM2, DGAR, SNI1, STJO excluded day 243.
WARNING: Data from CMP9, DGAR, NYAL, POTM excluded day 244.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
