REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 2885 ns (50320) & 32 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. Beginning 96aug25 (DAY 238) station WILL was replaced by station WHIT in our
processing.
3. Stations MADR and RCM5 were excluded from the processing due to noisy data
on 96aug27 (DAY240).
4. PRN18 (GPS18) was removed from the EMR sp3 file after 18 hour on 96aug29 (DAY 242)
due to modelling problems.
