REMARKS on EMR's products:
WARNING: ALGO clock jumped on Oct16, 1996 (Day 290) at about 20h30m UT
by about -650nsec.
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 580 ns (50369) & 19 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. GPS31 (PRN31) was excluded on October 13 due to modelling problems.
3. GPS31 (PRN31) was excluded on October 15 due to maneuver. See NANU #178-96290.
4. GPS31 (PRN31) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on October 16 due to maneuver.

5. GPS18 (PRN18) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on October 16 from
00:00 hours to 04:00 hours due to modelling problems.
6. GPS18 (PRN18) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on October 18 after
18:00 hours to modelling problems.
