REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 470 ns (50362) & 11 ns/day w.r.t. GPS.
2. GPS19 (PRN19) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on October 09 from 18:00 hour
to the end due to modeling problems.
3. GPS18 (PRN18) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on October 12 due to
modeling problems.
