REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 133 ns (50383) & 27 ns/day w.r.t. GPS.
2. GPS19 (PRN19) was removed from the EMR SP3 file from 00:00 to 07:45 hour
on October 27 due to modeling problems.
3. GPS19 (PRN19) was removed from the EMR SP3 file from 20:00 to 23:45 hour
on October 28 due to modeling problems.
4. GPS19 (PRN19) was removed from the EMR SP3 file from 00:00 to 07:45 hour
on October 30 due to modeling problems.
5. GPS34 (PRN04) was removed from the EMR SP3 file from 18:00 to 23:45 hour
on October 31 due to modeling problems.
